I know that when I did depression my thoughts were all over the place. My mind would race from topic to topic and then back again. Some people call that ADD, To me, it is just a mind with too much on it. The thoughts need to be sorted, unraveled. Once you think clearly, your life, your situation is not as bad as it seems. All you have to do is start talking. You don’t have to make sense. You just have to talk. As you talk, you start to make sense. Clearing your mind of a lot of confusion is a big step toward ditching depression. What else did I do? I followed the steps in my Come Into Your Power course. It is currently $50.
