Depressed person’s biggest mistake

What is the biggest mistake you are making, but are completely blind to?
Therapy can help. People oddly enough find comfort in depression and they resist getting help because they have a hard time imaging doing life with a different way of dealing with life.
BUT life with a better and uplifting way of dealing with life is fun and enjoyable. The system I used to get depression under control can be found here: https://lylcoach.lchlegacy.com/

What people doing depression need to talk about

What is something you should be talking about, but aren’t?
There are several things:
Depression is crippling. It stops you from enjoying life.
You are not your true self. You hide your true feelings to fit in.
You over think and your thinking is confused.
You feel alone.
You are easily frustrated.
Life seems hopeless.
BUT you are not alone. You can get better. Help can be found here:

Depression and distraction

If you commit to nothing, you’ll be distracted by everything.

While struggling with depression, people tend to search all over the place for the answer. I struggled for nearly 40 years. I did not really try to get help. So, I do understand the resistance. But the answer came to me when I studied to be a life coach. I put the information together and created a system that worked for me. I also made an extended system. I know you have doubts. Maybe you have tried this and that., and nothing worked. Right?
Here is my question. Was it a bad system you tried out of desperation or did you not really commit? All I can say is that my system worked for me. I thought it was fun and exciting. Now, it is a matter of being committed to not returning to the depression response to life. What I did can be found here:

Experiment on depression alternatives

Show me an experimenter, and over the long run, I’ll show you a future winner. Shaun Puri
Getting control of depression requires trial and error of different alternate response to life stress. It also means fine tuning the alternate response until it is just right for you. But once you have it down, it is so worth it.
I did depression for nearly 40 years. I don’t want to go back. I am so glad I made the effort. I created my own system and I expanded on that system. Guided assistance is available here:

road to truth

To change yourself for the better whether it is to stop the struggle of depression, to find your purpose, to live your dream, to mend your relationship, is to take the road of truth.
There are mistakes one can make along the road to truth… not going all the way, and not starting. —Buddha
